Jinan Semiconductor Lighting Innovation Team, with Shandong University as its technical support unit, has strong scientific and technological strength and is a model for the cooperation of “production, study and research†in the semiconductor lighting industry. Among them, the high-brightness red-light semiconductor light-emitting diode (LED) has been successfully industrialized, and the red LED light intensity for outdoor display reaches 160mcd or more; the red light LED chip based on the substrate replacement technology is packaged into a device with a light efficiency of 60lm/ W, the technical level has reached the international advanced level. The blue LED chip for lighting uses white LED to produce a white LED with a luminous efficiency of more than 110lm/W, and the technical level has reached the domestic leading level. The 863 project “High-power GaN-based LED manufacturing technology based on SiC substrate†has been successfully completed, which fills the domestic blank; 808nm successfully developed high-power semiconductor lasers of more than 5W, and the technology has reached the international advanced level.
