For the pattern of future industries, Yu Chengdong believes that there are only 3-4 mobile phone manufacturers that can survive in the world, and within three years, they will be able to see each other. Yu Chengdong said that most mobile phone manufacturers now have very poor profit margins. If they want to survive, the profit rate of the manufacturers must not be less than 10%.

According to Yu Chengdong, Huawei will also step up channel construction this year. “Huawei E-Commerce” is planning, and Huawei’s layout in the electronic channel will be unveiled. A complete channel construction plan will be officially announced in the near future.

Yu Chengdong predicted that Huawei's terminal shipments worldwide will reach 60 million this year, of which the Chinese market will account for about 30%-40%, compared with only 20 million last year. The current top four markets for Huawei's terminals include Europe, North America, China, and Japan.
