In the following figure, two inductor coils L1 and L2 are connected, and the voltage of 7V of the coil L1 and the voltage regulator VDw and the voltage of 5V elegant un are superposed to form a +12V local power supply. This power supply drives the power MOSFET to get enough startup voltage even when the load is heavy with a 5V output voltage. The driving voltage is high and the on-resistance is small, which has a good effect on improving the working state of the power MOSFET.
